How can I check if my product is in stock?

All Signature products available on the website are in stock in our warehouse located in Quesnoy-sur-Deule.

In the event that the product is a victim of its success, you will find the date of its next availability directly on the product sheet. 

Where do my products leave from ?

Your order is prepared by us in our warehouse located in Quesnoy-sur-Deule, near Lille, and is sent as quickly as possible by our usual carrier.

If I order several products, will they arrive at the same time? 

We do our best to reduce the carbon footprint and to manage our CO2 consumption. This is why we prefer to send only one order with all the products you ordered. However, if a product is no longer available, it will be impossible for you to place an order. 

With which means of payment can I pay?

You can pay for your purchases with a Visa or Mastercard.

I have to return the product, what should I do?

If, for any reason, you wish to return a product to us, you have 14 days to retract your order. You will have to send your request via the contact form available here or by email to info@signature.fr with a picture of the product and the cause. 

For any return, we ask you to carefully repack the product in its original packaging. 

What should I do when I receive my order?

Signature advises all its customers to check the contents of the order received to be sure to return the product if it has a possible problem.

I did not receive the right product, what should I do?

In case of reception of a product not ordered on our website, it is possible to send us an email under 72 hours to info@signature.fr with a picture of the product in order to warn us. 

In this case, the cost of returning the product is at the expense of the company.
