I want to return my package, what should I do?

You have a legal retraction period of 14 days from the date of your invoice.

Contact our after-sales service by clicking here and detailing the problem related to the package received. 

Our team will answer you as soon as possible and will give you the procedure to follow in order to return your package to us.

Upon receipt and after verification of the returned product, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

If you pay by paypal, the refund will be made on the account used.

If paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the customer's bank account.

If credit, the customer will receive it on his mailbox within 14 days.
