6. YOUR RIGHTS

6.1. Customer's rights of access, rectification and deletion

In accordance with Article 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 and the "Data Protection" law of January 6, 1978 as amended in 2004, every person has the right to access, rectify and delete his or her personal data, as well as the right to limit the processing, the right to object and the right to portability of his or her data.

You can exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@signature.fr

In order for us to satisfy your request and to avoid any usurpation of identity, a copy of a double-sided identity document may be requested by Signature. We undertake to respond within a maximum of one month following receipt of your duly completed request.

Any person also has, on the basis of Article 77 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the right to refer the matter to any competent supervisory authority, such as the CNIL, if he or she believes that a processing of his or her Personal Data violates the requirements of the applicable regulations on Personal Data. For more information on how to exercise your rights, you can contact the Commission Nationale de l'Information et des Libertés, in particular by consulting its website (www.cnil.fr).

6.2. Communication to the Customer in the event of a serious breach

When a personal data breach - "a breach of security resulting in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed" - is such that it is likely to result in a high risk to the Customer's rights and freedoms, Signature undertakes to notify the Customer of the breach within a reasonable time.

The notification shall include:

- the nature of the breach

- the contact details of the department responsible for processing the personal data and, if applicable, the data protection officer

- the likely consequences of the breach

- the measures taken by Signature to remedy the breach, including, where appropriate, measures to mitigate any negative consequences.

This same notification is not mandatory and therefore the Customer will not be notified when:

- Signature has implemented appropriate protective measures

- Signature has taken subsequent measures to ensure that the high risk is no longer likely to materialize

- Signature has carried out a public communication or similar information measure to the Customers concerned, as individual notification would require disproportionate efforts.
